On the basis of the letter written by the Control Commit tee of medical an dharma ceutical activities of the Ministry of HealthCare dated 26.02.2015 in frames of implementation of Roadmap for the period of 2015for organization and execution of internal and external inspection of quality of medical service approved by the Minister of Health Care and social development in Public Utility Company (PUC) on the basis of Right Economic Jurisdiction (REJ) “City Cardiological Center” was founded the Support Center for Patients and Internal control (audit) (onwards Service).

    Aims of Service – immediate solution of patients’ complains based on “here and now”, methodical analysis and improvement of quality of provided medical service.

    Principles of our Quality Policy:
    1. Orientation on satisfaction of requirements and expectations of patients.
    2. Orientation on high quality of provided medical service.
    3. Provision of patient safety and liquidation of medical and other mistakes in provision of medical service.
